Nuby rapid cooler

Does anyone use the nuby rapid cooler ? We did with our first ( she’s 1 and a half ) and are again with our second. We recently purchased one, it seems to tell us it’s ready when it’s not ? There also used to be a little circle that you swiped over to check it’s ready but it’s not there anymore. Wondering if it’s something I’m doing wrong ? Thank you
