Is this sleep regression?

My boy is 11 nearly 12 weeks and has always had the same routine since the day we Brought him home. He goes to bed between 8 and 10 and normally will wake between 1 and 3 for a feed depending on what time he went down. Over the last almost week his sleep had just gone out of the window. We still try go to bed at the same time but he's been waking around 11-12, 1, 2 and 5. Pretty much been similar timings. I've seen some things saying the more milk they have during the day the better they sleep at night my boys ebf, drinking plenty through the day but his sleeps still gone to pot. I do think it must be regression but good to know I'm not on my own. I'm trying not to change his routine and just letting him figure it out for himself while being there when he needs me. I've been trying not to change him too much in the night unless he really needs it to not disturb him as much, trying to keep noise levels low, light low etc and pretty much trying to feed him and put him back into bed. I have noticed certain traits and newness coming from him so maybe he's just learning a lot of things atm. Anyone found anything that worked really well for them be it during the day or night to help. Tia one sleep deprived mamma.

We had the same at around 11 weeks with our LO & I had read about an 11 week sleep regression! It only lasted a little but he was up every 2 hours when before it was 4! But when he would wake, thought he was hungry - but he would only take the smallest amount! So when he woke we just started shush patting him in the crib & if the crying really escalated (more than a grumble) we would then try food! & so far has worked a treat!

I'll have to give it a go I do sometimes think he's not hungry. I don't get him up until he's really crying as sometimes he stirs a bit let's out a trump and goes back to sleep 😂 so I've been waiting for him to really show signs but when he does wake he's usually showing feeding ques however sometimes feeds longer than other times. He normally has a big feed on both sides before bed sometimes the feeds have been like 10 mins other times he'd fed for nearly an hour. I do think he uses me for comfort but Ive tried no end of dummies and he just won't take them he just gags when I try. But he has started to let me cuddle him to sleep which he doesn't normally maybe I'll just have to see how it goes instead of getting him up for a feed comfort him back to sleep before I definitely put him on the boob. I do think he sometimes wakes himself up with his trumps and wonders why I'm not there although he's right next to me in his crib.

Moving while asleep

My 12 week old has been sleeping through the night (8 hours) for the last week and a half and since the 3rd or 4th night he's been wriggling his way to the other end of his crib to the point where his head is cocked to the side
He seems fine but it looks uncomfortable and ive always been told he needs to have his feet touching the bottom of his bed and if I move him back he wakes up.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you leave it? Are there any potential issues if I do leave it?

5 am wake up🫩🥱

My 3 year old … lately has been waking at 5am 😭
I’m exhausted!

He winds down half an hour before bed - we get ready for bed, each of us read a book each, kisses and cuddles, a drink of water and up to bed. He goes down easy, I sit for 2 minutes literally and he’ll self sooth himself to sleep by 7:30pm he’s out! But the past 3 days he’s been waking and coming into my bed at 5am … me thinking he’ll go sleep he’ll just toss and turn and wants to go down…

Anyone in the same boat?

Help

Hi mamas! Has anyone dealt with their baby’s hair clumping at the back of their head? I tried baby oil to loosen it but no luck so far. Any advice?

Blood in baby’s poo

Ladies, I’ve just changed my baby and noticed some blood on his poo and on the diaper. The poo was quite soft, not pebbly and he wasnt straining or anything like that. Anyone had anything like this before? What is it? Shall i call the GP?
