Guessing you mean cold sore? Doesn’t look like a concerning rash to me. Keep an eye on it and one baby. Any fever or rash that’s spreading then definitely get an appt with the Dr.

@Cerys my daughter has exactly the same but it went really blotchy and spread all over her body. I’m giving piriton atm which has brought rash right down x

@Cerys did they give you anything for it?

My LO has had it for a while but some days it’s better and some days it’s in different places on his tummy. I thought it was from all the dribble tbf

My baby had this too, said it’s viral and there’s nothing they can do it will go on it’s own xxx

This has nothing to do with a cold sore

It's likely something like heat rash especially if you're in England with the sudden hot weather today I'd keep an eye on it but so far id say that doesn't warrant a Dr xx

could be a heat rash?

We have this at the moment too and doctor said viral rash. It’s all over him :( Usually comes with baby feeling unwell but ours hasn’t so doctor said may have just picked something up and not had any symptoms so yeah could have caught it from your sister

@Zoe nothing, if it’s viral nothing will help anyway. I’m just keeping it moisturised and cutting back on the soap at bath time & thin layers or wearing nothing at all if we’re at home x

@Bethany it comes and goes with my girl was really bad for a day or 2 but has settled again. Is worse when she’s hot! I haven’t given piriton as she’s only 9months

@Cerys oh I see xx

@Becky my daughter has a viral rash x

Baby girl had the same took her to dr and she said it is a virus just wait it will go 😅
