Does any one of you have been using high waist underwear after c-section? I feel like it would help, I have a sharp pain in one of the stitches when i move. And my abdominal binder doesn't reach over there. Do you think buying underwear for this would help? Although it is probably just for 15 days

Has anyone else found intercourse painful after a C-section? Not in terms of dryness but tightness. We done it for the first time and my vagina just felt so tight it was painful. Wondering if it gets better or I'm going to need physio for my pelvic floor.

I’ve been posting lots about having zero signs of labour and feeling fed up! Had a sweep on Wednesday and only 1cm dilated. I feel like I am having strong contractions every 10-11 minutes for the past 4 hours. Are these Braxton hicks or how long does it start to get closer together?

I have tried sex, pumping, walks, miles circuit….nothing will change my cervix. I am 39+1 and can’t get to even 1cm dilated. My doctor couldn’t even reach my cervix to attempt a membrane sweep. Now next week I have to prepare for monitoring and NST…..I’ll research that more tonight as I’m not quite sure what it mean...

Has anyone got an idea on how I could help it? I had a c-section and had sex a few times. In some moments I get this burning and stinging sensation that lasts a few seconds then eases but it’s been almost three months and I’m still feeling it.🤔 I use lube to help but it’s not really doing anything
