My baby is constipaded hasn’t pooped over a day and I recently just changed his formula due to shortish . What should I do to help him go number 2 .

8 day old has had terrible constipation since Wednesday, but he’s just passed this poo without causing him discomfort. FTM not sure if this is what it’s meant to look like? Or whether still a bit constipated?
