Anyone else find the newborn stage an absolute killer. I see so many posts etc about missing it and how people loved it, but I found it sooo hard!
My baby has a total of around 1000ml a day still, but also has his lunch and dinner. He’s not overweight at all. Should I still reduce his milk intake nevertheless? He still wakes up 2x per night for milk 400 total) and drinks the other 600 ml throughout the day.
My LO has been taking a lot of milk the last two weeks (approx 35oz) then today has decided to not really take any (11oz so far today). Don’t know if any other LOs have been through this? Don’t know if she is perhaps at the end of a growth spurt but very strange!
I’m considering investing in a portable bottle warmer. (Please save the comments stating I don’t need one, I want one because my LO has only known warm milk and don’t want to give her straight from the fridge) Any suggestions as to brand or type?
We have been combo feeding with breast milk and enfamil nueropro. Was wanting to switch to an organic formula, which ones would be the best? We were leaning towards kendamil just wanted some opinions.
When did your babies start smiling and discovering their hands? My baby girl is 6 weeks old but I haven’t got a full on smile from her and she hasn’t discovered her hands yet. Should I be concerned?
Is anyone else still sterilising there babies bottles I do with my little girl and people keep saying wow you shouldn’t be doing it anymore they put things in there mouths all the time but I’m just not convinced it’s clean enough when I don’t sterilise them.
I’ve been giving LO single veg purées for 8 days now but not continuously, we had a weeks break in between. Is it ok to start two food purées in a couple days already?? Don’t know why but feeling so lost when it comes to weaning, I’ve read so much to prepare and it all just confused me more it seems 😅
My little boy has been on Puramino since he was 4 weeks old and he’s now 6 months old. There’s a shortage at the moment so we’ve had to switch to SMA Alfamino which I’ve been trying to give him this week but he doesn’t like it at all. He cries and hits the bottle away. It’s a lot thicker than Puramino and it smells....
has anyone cold turkey switched ebf to formula? how do i know if my baby is taking the formula well? He is 5 weeks, he didn’t seem to ever feel content or relax after breastfeeding so i started pumping and giving him the bottle which helped but not enough. yesterday i started formula during the day and breastfee...
Hello, we've recently introduced occasional formula bottles to my previously EBF baby and I think he might be a little lactose intolerant because whenever we give him a bottle, he gets very gassy and uncomfortable. The thing is the first ingredient for lactose free formula is glucose syrup, so sugar??!! And then oil...
Hi Moms, I have a 13 month old daughter. Soon turning 14months. She has transitioned to whole milk. And takes about 4 bottles a day 5-6oz each. She takes 3 meals and a snack. I was wondering whether its time to drop a bottle? She goes to daycare and takes 3 bottles there. Any schedule recommended?
So anyone who’s little one has already turned one when have you been offering milk as im gunna be using toddler milk stage 3 and it says to give 2 150ml bottles a day
Hi, so my baby is 17 weeks old and he’s eating 40 oz a day of formula and a lot of mums have said it’s too much, how much are your babies eating?
Hi, I’m wondering if anyone knows a little bit more in regards about purchasing formula with the best start food card. Does it include all baby formula or just the “standard 3 brands” (aptemil,c&g, sma) We are currently using HIPP so it would be handy if that one was covered as well. Tia x
My baby boy takes 6 ounces & that’s three scoops of formula. Right now, I don’t have enough formula. I only have enough for two scoops. My baby girl takes a different formula than him, is it OK to mix the formulas? Is it okay too use two scoops of his regular formula & one scoop of the other formula? He only takes a...
