Hot flashes

31 weeks today! Anyone dealing with excessive hot flashes. It's been super warm where I live and of course we don't have any air conditioners in yet. Have fans on but it's really not helping much. What can I do to cool off. I'm sipping my water but I feel so hot and I wanna just feel cool again. I'm ready to stand in a cold shower. 🥶
