Sage oil

I used this for a whole week .. was so scared to start hearing all the stories of how it brought labour on so quickly …. Never worked for me 😂😂🥲🥲

What do you do with it

@Kerry mix a few drops with a carrier oil (I used coconut oil) and massage it into your bump

I started yesterday. I’m not putting it on my bump as that’s too direct for me and some warn against it. I’ve had a bath with it (mixed with milk), and I rubbed it on accupressure points (find on Google) mixed with some olive oil x

I put some (a lot 😂) in my diffuser last night….. still pregnant and if anything the BH has stopped and I had the best night sleep for a couple of weeks 😂😂 so although it didn’t work in terms of setting off labour first time for me it made me much more relaxed and and comfortable for the first time whilst I wait. Will try in Bath today though

I think it helps when you’re already having contractions rather than bring them on - like a lot of the old wives tales they’re there to help when you’re ready rather than bring anything on if you’re not x
