Postnatal/breastfeeding vitamins

The brand I use is suitable for before, during and after pregnancy with breastfeeding. It's called together health. Xxx

I took proceive last time and planning to do the same again. I like that they have a specific breastfeeding one

I used vitabiotics which is who they recommend. I used them throughout my first (the best ones they do) then breastfeeding ones, doing the same in this one. I also take the women's one when I'm not pregnant, they're amazing ❤️ I could actually tell the difference taking them xoxo
