I’m currently having a little panic. I’m 21 weeks + 2 days. The other day baby was moving constantly throughout the day ALOT. However yesterday he was much quieter and I haven’t felt him since 3pm yesterday afternoon. Anyone else have days like this?

Hi, currently 27+5 with my first, I've seen that people have been told to start counting kicks from 28 weeks but my next midwife appointment isn't still for almost 2 weeks. Is there such a thing as an app that can help with this or is it just a case of keeping track of them to ourselves?
