Hey, I have this and it's taken me 4 years to get pregnant and im currently nearly 31 weeks. I tried literallt everything and was told after countless appointments it would be IVF only. We ended up getting pregnant naturally, I was taking supplements, myo inositol, angus castus, selenium, vitamind D and magnesium. The month I conceived, looking back, I think what really helped me was eating clean, no processed foods, cut out sugar and alcohol and loads of water. But get your tests done and establish if your ovulating, that's the biggest thing. I had periods like every 4 or 5 months and wjen I started taking myo-inositol, that helped me get a 'regular' cycle of about 35 days. Don't give up I hope, I did and never would have beleived it would happen and my baby girl will be here in 9 weeks. Sending lots of love and luck xx

Thank you so much for the help!! & aww!! Love that for you! Congratulations hope everything goes well I’m sure you’ll smash it ❤️all be worth it when your baby girl is here xx

I did seed cycling.

Have sex every day after your next period. It’s hard work, but it is what worked for me.
