Early Labour?
I have pains in my lower abdomen, coming at least every 11 minutes not lasting more than a minute. Sometimes they linger and I would get a few pains within that time. Back aches but nothing unbearable yet.
Is this labour?

Keep timing them ❤️ if they get closer together/more intense then you will know. Keep comfortable at home as long as there are no concerns. Wishing you all the best mama. Xxx
It could be! This is what my contractions felt like! Thought was just having cramps as could only feel them down low but turned out to be actual contractions and that’s how I felt them the whole labour! When they were about 10 minutes apart my waters went and 20h later he’d arrived ☺️ Just keep tracking and see how you go
