brownish bleeding isnt much of a concern, its usually brighter red blood you should be worried about
hey! i had this, i called my hospitals maternity triage team and they got me in for a scan at EPU just for reassurance but as the above comment says, brown blood is usually no concern as it’s old blood! xx
Brown means old blood. Keep an eye on it, if you get more or it turns bright red call your midwife x
Alot of the time bleeding is nothing to worry about, but please book in with your early pregnancy unit to get a scan to be sure regardless of what colour the blood is.
EPU couldn’t help me so I’m waiting to hear back from my doctor, have just been advised to rest and not stress about it. I have booked in for a private reassurance scan for today to give me peace of mind. Thankyou girls x

Its started to come out more red and I’ve had to put on a small sanitary towel but not in pain or anything just normal cramps. Fingers crossed for the private scan goes well 🤞🏼
