Hey everyone!
For the last two night I’ve had a very unusual movement in stomach. Anterior placenta so unsure if it’s anything to do with that!
I’ve been feeling, wriggling, kicks and hiccups and on top of this there’s a very faint pulse like movement which you can see looking at the bump and also feel with your hand.
Very repetitive, but also they weak/faint it lasted for around 20-30 minutes each time and me and my partner can’t seem to put our finger on what it could even be 🤔 36 weeks pregnant
Didn’t have anything like this with previous pregnancy
Anyone else had this?

Omg yes I’ve had this since yesterday, I’m 36+3 and have no idea what it is! At first I thought it was hiccups but they feel completely different! My second thought was maybe it’s him breathing?? But no idea really! I also have anterior placenta x

I get that but was told it’s hiccups. Really deep, in the same place and like a weak pulse 😊

I had this yesterday and saw midwife routinely today, she said it could be baby sucking their thumb. Nothing to worry about x

I also have an anterior placenta and those movements feel exactly like the types I have been experienced the last few weeks. Unsure what they are but the midwife felt some and seems happy and was at the hospital following a show and they were happy that this was a healthy sleep cycle (he was being very active that day) the midwife also said that the type of movements can change, so maybe just new rolls?

I’ve had this and been told hiccups x

I have this but it’s really low Down, I’m 34+ 4 I put it to hiccups but also not sure. Got a midwife appointment tomorrow so am going to bring it up with her

I’ve had this and was so worried I asked midwife! It’s baby swallowing amniotic fluid in a sucking motion which is known as practicing breathing. It’s so cute.

Thank you girls!! I had hiccups at the same time as this other movement so knew it was them as they had completely different timings and hiccups are quite strong where these were so faint! Glad I’m not the only one xx

Yes! I’ve had this a couple of times down where I presume their hands are.
