Hello beauties, I am almost 8 wks pregnant and struggling soooo much with nausea (have only thrown up while in the car driving) but I CONSTANTLY feel like I'm gonna throw up and it's driving me crazy. Plus I am starving and weak from not being able to eat without feeling sick.
I used to have anorexia too so it's sad to be feeling similar starving feeling but for a totally different reason. I keep buying food I want to eat and then can't bring myself to eat it. The aversions are so strong too. Any tipssss 🙏

Definitely talk to your doctor about vitamin b6 and zofran.
All the other otc remedies didn’t help me

Well this won’t work all the time, but atleast for breakfast I would eat and then immediately go back to bed and go to sleep (so I had some calories atleast)
But my doctor ended up prescribing zofran

I had the same problem and my doctor told me to sniff an alcohol pad and it takes away the nausea

I actually went to get an iv drip at one of those places to help with vit and morning sickness...
I also went to the ER because I was really weak from not eating or drinking and they found I had low potassium... and of course anemia .. so both made me feel weak.
I would go to the er if u feel really ill though .... like I could barely walk. They gave me an iv and also found that out.

Relief band did wonders for me

I had hyperemesis throughout pregnancy and was prescribed ondansetron, it was a miracle worker. Ask your doctor if that’s an option for you.

Thank you darlings. I just went and got some B6. Have been taking metoclopramide which probably helps a bit. Just hard to know what to avoid (movements, fatty foods etc) God I can't wait for second trimester haha!

B6 and Unisom (1/2 a pill) three times a day

I drink sprite first thing in the morning and eat one hour after and it worked some days and some not. I wss in nausea medication until I gave birth so worth having a look at that too

Try to eat little and often. Try to eat first thing when you wake up (before even getting out of bed). Speak to your doctor about nausea medicine. It's important to stay hydrated even if eating less than normal - i found lemonade (sprite) or ice lollies easier than water

For the nausea I used to always chew green extra chewing gum... It was the only way I could get through the day

Ginger oil behind your ear and under your nose
