I had dyshidrotic eczema flare up for the first and last time about 2 or 4 years ago and since I’ve been pregnant I’ve had another one. I didn’t know if this has happened to anyone else or if you had any tips

Yes! I was literally thinking of posting about this too! 😣 I'm finding ice and coconut oil help. It's getting unbearable though. I have resorted to topical steroids the last couple of weeks and that did help a bit, but gonna call GP tomorrow as I think it might have gotten infected😔
Bumps website says topical steroids are ok in pregnancy.

I haven’t had a flare up during pregnancy, but my last flare up was about a year ago. I found washing with dr.bronner’s Castile soap in lavender really helped. The soap helps to dry out the area but not too much and doesn’t strip natural oils. While Castile soap isn’t antibacterial/antimicrobial, it does bind to any unwanted microbes and washes them away. So it definitely helps prevent infection as well!

^this was in conjunction with the usual topical treatments
