I was the same when my son first got them. They say to give Tylenol or Motrin to help with it at bedtime. The next day he will definitely be a bit cranky and a little warm and clingy.
They recommend to givr infant paracetamol after vaccs, then 4-6hrs later and again 4-6hrs after that. 3 doses of 60mg. They recommend that because babies often get high temperature after vac for meningitis. I followed that and all was well, just was quite tired & clingy. Hope your baby is okay x
My son just sleeps a bit more when he gets shots, no other issues. Just know baby will be a bit clingy that day and may be a bit sensitive on the area where they get the shots; just be a bit more careful than usual. Otherwise, like others say, Tylenol helps with any pain and fever.
Some shots can mess with their digestive system a bit too. I've done craniosacral for my son after these shots just to help get things going.

Un poco de tylenol o algo por si le da fiebre es recomendado solamente. Pero ya de ayi pues estan chicos y si les duele un poco pero luego como si nada.
