Breast milk! My mom swears by it, it can help with a number of other things as well!

I had this problem when my baby was like 3 weeks and I think it was because of the soap. I was using aveeno with lavender and I had switched to baby dove hypoallergenic. If you put bows or hats on her and they get washed it could be the detergent. Also i try to use the same detergent as my baby because it was breaking out to the one I was using

I bought mustela water for my son when he had acne and it helped a lot!!

The mustela worked and also breast milk. But it’s nothing you worry it goes away on it’s own.

As previous comments say breast milk is magic for this. I used to put a bit in my babies bath when it was bad or sometimes at the end of a feed for express a bit to apply to her face lol
I managed to get to the cause of mine pretty quick luckily though just in case it's the same(might not be) just check if anyone who regularly holds her wears perfume. My baby would get this on her face whenever anyone who had it on them or their clothes would give her cuddles. When I said that's what was happening and asked everyone to only hold her when not wearing any it went away

Aveeno oat packets for bath time (also good for eczema) and cere-ve baby soap

You can do breastmilk but baby acne usually goes away on its own.

Ive heard people have some success applying breastmilk or switching to a different bath soap. Personally my sons cleared right up once we found the right formula for him

Mustela brand products!!!!!! Used with both my boys and hands down the best solution!

It’s hormone related and will go away pretty quickly on its own. I’ve only ever found that any topical product is gimmicky and it’s best to let nature run its course

Breast milk!! It’s like magic

It’s lowkey normal since the skin is so sensitive. Just call ur child doctor’s office n they should be able to tell you over the phone

It will pass , babies skin are just sensitive to everything and is being introduced to scents and textures. Try tubby todd to speed up healing !
