I had one with my last pregnancy, but so far so good with this one.

I’ve read deeply abt it there are many things to help heal and prevent as it will likely be something to continue after birth. Lots of people use diffrent ointments many just use baby ones they have. Highly recommend using a stepping stool on tolite, having knees above hips have pelvic floor and pooping postitive outcomes, don’t push. Also limit time on tolit max 10mins. Use wet wipes and dap if u can. Lay on ur sides avoid straight sitting, if u do some people use foam donuts or breastfeeding pillows to sit on to not creat pressure. Keep high fiber too!

I also have heard some people enjoy warm and cold compresses -water and wash cloths or sitz or reg baths. Some say they add stuff to water but wouldn’t recommend as it’s a sensitive and may be an open wound. More for sensation and relief, but if rotated regularly it can help calm any inflammation.
