Reflux velcro baby

I understand u with my whole heart because u are unfortunately my twin. 11 wk old baby girl whose suffering like ur little one. The choking, crying and the non stop clothes changing is just the tip of the iceberg. This is my 3rd baby ( I have teenagers 15 and 13) and ive never been through this before. I am basically a new mum at this point. When does it get easier im so drained 😭

My first and only child was like this. She’s 6 months old now and is doing much better. Reflux basically gone, no more colic. She sleeps 6-8hrs but only after 4am. I’ve never known any different but in my opinion it gets better slowly but surely. Take it day by day and try to do at least one thing a day thats just for you. (Not just eating) you got this mama!

Relatable! Both my kids were like that— the reflux got better for both of them around 4-5 months so hopefully you’re right around the corner of it getting easier !

Gosh! Same here. This is my second baby and It’s sooo tough…. I’m counting down the days until the reflux/colics are gone

& yet you still look great!
my baby was the same, with the throwing up constantly & having to be upright on me 24/7, I barely had time to brush my hair or even eat for the 2 months (his “reflux” ended up being pyloric)

Wash hair before bed, stick the sling in the washer dryer, ask a friend or partner to look after baby for 15 mins when youre eating or a neighbour

For throwing up ask the doctor for baby gaviscon and after feeds keep her at an angle for 30 mins.

This may sound cliche but it does get better! You’re doing great mama💕

I think you look fab! Parenting is the most difficult profession there is that no one is 100% prepared for. You're doing great! 👍🏼
