I can’t lay on either side or my bad or my stomach. I’m literally sitting up at this point

try it out if you don’t like it you can send it back within 2 months

The absolute best is your left side. Even when you’re not pregnant. Relieves stress on your aorta. As well prevents your stomach acids from slipping out (heart burn ex). Gives your body more comfort an less pressure. As well a pillow between your legs to help stabilize your spine since mattresses make it all curvy.

I had to pee every hour. so it was rough. but you will get through it!

Unisom, sleep story meditation every night, and lots of pillows.

Better than I sleep now with my baby waking me up constantly.

Currently 21 weeks and miserable! I've been forcing myself to sleep on my side with lots of pillows, but I'd rather sleep on my back. But apparently that's not healthy for the baby so I've been incredibly uncomfortable on my side every night. When I can't take it anymore I prop myself up and sleep sitting up in bed. I know the feeling girl!

Omg yes!! I totally remember that, I was so uncomfy I couldn’t sleep when I got to the ending, all I wanted to do was sit up and just sleep I could never get comfy!! Try lots of pillows people say they help lol

I had the worst heart burn for the last month of my pregnancy. I basically set up my pillows and throws so I was sitting up while sleeping.

I didn’t sleep. 😬

Buy a pregnancy pillow to help you.

I was SO uncomfortable, do you have a body pillow?

I didn't

I used like 2 or 3 pillows when I was pregnant. 1 or 2 under my belly as it got bigger and 1 tucked under my back.

Let me know because I'm on my third pregnancy and I still haven't got an answer for that one :(

I stole all the pillows in the house and made a cloud out of them. Anytime I went to sleep I didn’t care about anyone else. Don’t care if my husband couldn’t sleep I just wanted to close my eyes and feel nothing. I was so selfish but it was worth it cause he ends up getting a new mattress and pillows because he was tired of the room I was taking up 😂girl do whatevvvvver you gotta do to sleep

I was up to pee every hour if not 2x/ hour. I certainly don’t miss that

I throw myself across hubby to make him uncomfy till i get comfy on him lol i put a pillow ontop his legs n then wedge a pillow under my belly inbetween him n i then extra one on my back

Pregnancy pillow or body pillow between your legs. If you're gonna sleep on your back, prop yourself up. Not too high but up enough that you're not flat. May have to put a pillow behind your back too. My son is 1 yr old and I still sleep the the pregnancy pillow..magic!

I basically didn’t sleep but towards the end of my pregnancy I caved and Bought a pregnancy pillow a snoogle it helped so much! And was so comfy I wish I had bought it sooner

Get a moon womb pillow. Has chamomile and lavender in it, I loved it.

I found the maternity U pillow a great help

I had 4 pillows including my fiancés lol my advice is three under your head neck and upper back and one between your legs.

I don’t sleep I hate it I’m 33 weeks pregnant I’m tired 24/7 regardless.. had enough want this baby out like yesterday 🤦♀️

My back is literally killing me all the time . I try to use the maternity belt won’t even help . Walking?? A joke . Can’t even go to the shop without stopping 100 times and being out of breath . So hard as I get older finding it really hard to carry a baby out . I had my first at 24 now second at 28 dying literally dying and we wanna have 2 more baby’s 🤣🤣🤣

First child: I didn't. I was in college, sleeping on a dorm bed and literally could never sleep. It all came to a head when I fell asleep during a final because sitting in a hard chair was more comfortable than lying down. Thankfully, my professor's wife was a Maternity Nurse and she helped teach me how to prop pillows around myself so I could fall asleep.
Second child: Heartburn city! Last trimester I couldn't lay down without vomiting. Slept partially reclined in a la-z-boy chair.
Third child: I'm due in 7 weeks and honest to God, I'm just sleeping sitting up in bed.
