Pregnancy Acne

What have you guys been using to battle your pregnancy acne? I can not seem to get rid of these break outs no matter what I do & try. I was my face, I exfoliate when I need to, I do masks, I moisturize. I can’t catch a break. I haven’t had acne this bad since I was a teenager.

I have this too but on my chest and on ONE shoulder 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 So odd. My face has been ok so far - any spots I’ve been able to clear with The Ordinary Niacinamide and also Clean and Clear Shine Control Facial Scrub (hopefully available in USA) x

I also have had acne but on my chest and back (never had this until pregnancy). So far I’ve been using clean and clear on them but only for about a week and not much has changed. Surprisingly my face is clear.

my mom faced acne during pregnancy she just always waited it out cause trying new products can break you out even worse.. So at the end of pregnancy her acne would just die down until it wasn’t there no more it’s just the hormones

How many weeks are you? The only thing I can recommend is lots of water. Like way more then you think you can manage, fruit and veg. And try and leave your face alone for a bit sometimes too much exfoliating and moisturising can make it worse.
Strip it back, go back to basics

Lush charcoal face wash and then a bit of sudocrem on breakouts

Sudo creme! Dries them out so good! Try not to put it on your skin where there are no spots though as it dries your skin out xx

I’m currently spot treating with the Belli spot treatment & using Kiehl’s Rare Earth Mask regularly. Also, Thayer’s witch hazel toner. They have helped but aren’t a miracle cure. I find my skin is just much more oily now. It seems just when I’ve tamed one bad pregnancy pimple, one (or two) new ones pop up. I also sometimes get small clusters of breakouts along my hairline, which I’ve never really had before. I feel your frustration! 💗
