You can ask your doctor at your next appointment and they can tell by feel

I could tell because his feet would be in my ribs under my boobs and his big ol head would clearly be smashing my bladder

I’ve noticed that the side my baby kicks on most is the left but I can hear her heartbeat only on the right side so her back is definitely on my right side but I can’t tell if she’s butt up or down😂

I could tell with how she was kicking, along with the pressure down there. But your doctor can tell by pressing as well. My doctor didn’t give me a full ultrasound, but she had a handheld one, that she used for 10 seconds to see where the baby’s head was. See if they have a handheld ultrasound machine and ask to double check on where the baby is positioned. Slim chance they will tell you that they will check for that later when you are 35 or 36 weeks though.
