I have the doctor with my little girl tomorrow.
She has always has dry skin since being born but now has dry red patches on her arms and legs. It doesn’t seem to be bothering her at all.
I have been using aveeno baby all over as a moisturiser but doesn’t seem to be clearing up.
Has anyone had anything similar?

That looks the same and my little boys, though his is all over his chest and stomach. We’re at the doctors on Friday. For the past few days we’ve been bathing him in plain Luke warm water and covering him in coconut oil straight out the bath before drying him. I’d say it’s helped significantly. But interested to hear what both doctors say x
My first had a bad reaction to aveeno. I heard lots of people using it but it wasn't for us. I have sensitive skin so cautious over what I use on the kids.
My daughter had her jags today and the immunisation nurse said to use Vaseline on her dry skin.
My LO is 12 weeks now however she had a bad rash around 5 weeks, initially was told baby eczema but turns out it’s a cows milk allergy however i bathed her in oats milk (I use some oats into a sock then tie the sock, wet the sock with kettle hot water and squeeze the sock into the water) this has worked wonders for her skin and i no longer use anything else in her water at the moment. I did use my own breast milk initially but found that the oat milk worked best! X
Try e45 as well. I’ve been using been using aveeno and e45. When I bath him, I use the aveeno body wash to help it as well. It seems to be clearing up
