My 9 week old has the exact same rash appear yesterday. I took h the walkin centre yesterday just to get him checked. They said it could be a heat rash, an allergic reaction or viral infection however there are over 150 rashes and only 10 of them have diagnosis. As long as you baba is presenting how they normally would, feeding well, you press the rash and it disappears for a few seconds, plenty wet and dirty nappy’s, (whatever is normal for them) breathing normally and doesn’t have a temperature, it’s nothing to worry about and should go on its own! Hope this helps x
@Jade yeah she’s perfectly fine in herself! Thankyou xx
@Yana thankyou I’ll try these x
Looks like heat rash my boy had it really bad when it was last very warm weather to the point we had to get steroid cream to settle it, dress baby in light bigger clothing only bath with water , I also rewashed all clothes and used detergent that had nothing in it no smell etc I also put him in lighter tog at night , as baby will wake if cold but he seemed to be happy in himself and it soon started disappearing but took about 2 weeks for his skin to settle afterwards
Also using just moisturiser appeared to make his rash worse , but I am no expert I would just suggest maybe see your gp they would be able to guide you better
