Who’s waving at me?

You can see the women who have waved at you in your Discovery deck. When 2 people wave at each other it's a connection, and we'll tell you right away!

To wave at the other women near you, simply:

• Open Peanut and head to your Discovery deck (tap the cards symbol on the bottom left in your app)
• Take a look at the profiles and either swipe up to wave or down for 'maybe later'
• You can also tap on each profile and scroll to see someone’s bio, photos and learn more about your new potential connection!
• Tap the speech bubble symbol at the bottom of your app to start chatting once you’ve connected.

How do I access See who waved?

See who waved is an optional, premium feature to enhance your waving experience on Peanut.

Here’s how to unlock it:

• Open Peanut
• Either click your profile > Waves > 'Unlock Plus' or
• Tap the Waves icon on the bottom > 'Unlock Plus'
• Tap on the rocket icon next to your profile photo on the top left
• That’s it! You can now see who has already waved at you and connect to start chatting

How do my filters work?

Your Discovery deck has been designed to prioritize connections based on your preferences first. To set these filters:

• Open Peanut
• Select the Settings icon on the top right of your app
• Adjust your filter settings and we’ll use these to introduce you to like-minded women nearby
• Peanut Plus members have access to additional filters called "Friend Filter"

Can I use Peanut without location permissions?

Granting Peanut location permissions while using the app makes it easier to find women nearby.

Here's how you can choose your preferred location access:

• On iOS, head to Settings > Peanut > Location
• On Android, head to Settings > Peanut > Location permissions

How do I block and remove a connection?

We get it, sometimes it doesn't work out with meeting someone new! Should you wish to, you can remove or block any of your connections by following these steps:

• Open Peanut and select the chat or connection
• Tap the user's profile name and photo on the top of the chat screen
• Select the three dots on the top right > ‘Block’ or 'Remove connection'
• To unblock a user, select the person icon on the top left > Settings > ‘Blocked users’ > Tap 'Unblock'
