I've ordered from online4baby a few years ago and I've always found it great and great prices but I've not ordered since the name change

Yes I got my order eventually but it was delayed several times

One of my items were missing but when arrived after I chased them they were decent quality

I ordered from online 4 baby with both of my kids and had no issues. My most recent one was around May time as I got my crib off there x

My daughters pram is from there and I e never had a problem

i've only ordered from online4baby not since it's changed but have never had N issue with them x

I ordered from the old website Online4baby and the new one recently Nursery store, all went well and quick delivery. They usually have the cheapest prices and good consumer service

All the comments I’ve seen about not receiving there order are from since it’s changed its name that’s what’s putting me off 🤦‍♀️

I ordered 2weeks ago from the new website no issue, I received everything in 2 days. Most people will only review when something goes wrong, I didn't review yet😅....things happened but their customer service should be able to resolve any issues
