My Mother In Law Said What?!

My mil and sil are the big big problem in my marriage, they are always on phone with my husband and talking shit about me, sil has left her own husband and living at my mil place. And now their topic is just me, iam sick of them now

They recently went back to their home, imagine they lived with us while 6 months and I was in depression and had to take care of my son as well. I don’t want to see them ever in my life but how will my husband understand this ! He start yelling at me and he knows that his parents and sister is a drama but still he act normal with them but yells at me when I share anything with him, how can I get rid of them forever !
