Has anyone else been in a similar situation? I'm 28+4 and my midwife has referred me for a scan as baby is measuring too big at 97% percentile. We're trying not to worry until our scan date but would love to hear people's advice!

Learn more about our guidelines.Mine was on the 93rd but midwife didn’t seem phased. Haven’t been sent for a growth scan. Apparently fundal height can be quite way out…
Yes me im 29 weeks today had a growth scan on Tuesday and he's on the 97% aswell..want me to have 4 weekly growth scans but said there not 100% accurate.. want me to be induced between 36 and 38 weeks x
When my midwife started to do fundal growth etc and measure my bump her first words were ‘this is just an estimate ’ scans and measuring bumps is wildly inaccurate. There are loads of posts where woman are being referred to the consultants, scared into inductions and then end up with perfectly regular 7/8lb babies 😳
I had a growth scan at 28 weeks babys on 99.9 percentile 🫣
I also measured the same. Went to see the consultant today and he didn’t seem worried at all. As long as there is no fluid around the baby and you don’t have Geststional diabetes then it’s just going to be monitored at a scan at 34 weeks. I would t try not to worry xx
I feel I’ve got a small bump. Everyone says it and I’m smaller than everyone else I know. Was measured at 28cm at 28+2 but was plotted as between 80-90 percentile?! I can’t see how this makes sense 😩
Had my midwife app today and she said to me that the baby was measuring big I’m 30 weeks. Got a scan in 3 weeks x
