Has anyone found anything helped with restless legs? It’s driving me crazy in the evenings 😅

Learn more about our guidelines.I've found a hot water bottle on them in the evening can help a bit. Before bed, hubby has been putting biofreeze gel on my legs which also seems to be helping. My ferritin is still low which doesn't help
It can be a sign of low iron - ask your midwife to run your bloods for a HCB level. Mine stopped as soon as I started on prescribed iron supplements and spatone.. turns out I was anaemic and this was the main symptom! X
Thank you for all your recommendations! I have a midwife appointment in the week so will get iron checked too 💙
I found I wasn't drinking enough water, once I drank more then restless legs went away :)
@Sophie I second this! The normal iron pills where too hard for me so I got the gently iron from together health. I took at least two weeks to help me and sometimes I still feel it but not nearly as bad
I had insanely bad restless legs/feet. I took magnesium last night for the first time, I didn’t have them at all, usually I’d be up with them for anything from 1-4 hours. And it was the best nights sleep I’ve had since before I was pregnant (also taking iron as prescribed as that’s also low)
