Any recommendations on to relieve constipation for a 4 week old. We’ve tried all the usual things, warm bath, bicycle legs, tummy massage, letting legs dangle and movement of the hips..
Little one is just straining all day and getting very uncomfortable.
I’m wondering if I need to change milk
Currently in SMA Little steps.
Will be calling the Health Visitor tomorrow to also ask for advice.
Suggestions on milk change?

We tried everything like you. We ended up resorting to gripe water and let me tell you….I didn’t even get the cap back on the bottle before she was letting it all out.
It can be used from 1 month, we would put the dosage in a bottle teat and she would drink it so much easier that way.
We used the Woodwards gripe water & when we have another baby I will for sure be stocking up on it!
Good luck!! X
