I'm a mom of an alnist 18 month old baby. During my pregnancy I experienced fatigue, nausea, and loss of any sexual desire. While my partner was there and supportive in most aspects he reacted very negativity to this and made ot emotionally exhausting for me in that sense. Fast forward he eventually said he understood and did better towards the end of my pregnancy. However how he behaved before definitely left a lasting impression on me. Fast forward our baby boy is 1.5 and I still have no desire and really just am intimate mainly for him. Has anyone experienced this and how did you overcome it? We have a good relationship otherwise the intimacy just feels like a chore these days to me and I would love to improve this.

Learn more about our guidelines.Hi! I was experiencing this before I become pregnant and started taking some supplements that helped with cortisol and sex drive! Maybe you should look into something like that? Just an idea :)
I'll look into that, can you provide some suggestions? If you're not comfortable with that I'll still be researching. Thank you!
Hey! Magnesium is great for a low libido!! And it has a lot of other really great benefits for your overall health! Give it some research & see if that might be something you could use!!
It’s completely normal!! I didn’t want to have sex for a long time with each of my 3 pregnancies. You just follow your gut & trust yourself!!
Good luck mama!! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! I've been researching that for better sleep so if it has multiple benefits that would be great also.
Of course! I was taking Ashwagandha (helps with stress and mood) and Maca root (helps with your reproductive health and energy).
Yess!! It helps with sleep and overall mood ❤️
@Clara yess! Those are great!
I second Magnesium! It’s great also
