Hello!
Is anyone taking or have taken emergen-c vitamin supplement while breastfeeding? Did anyone clear it with their healthcare provider? I have a message out to my ob and pediatrician.

Learn more about our guidelines.Yes I have. I take it occasionally. My Dr said it was fine, just don’t take it for too long if you’re also taking prenatals.
@Kem thank you for your honesty. I've been taking it for a few days since my school age kiddo came home sick so I've been trying to boost my vitamins right now.
my ob said it’s fine. 😊

Anyone else have their babies cot still in their room? My baby is almost 9 months and is poorly so I’ve put the cot back into our bedroom for now and I feel I sleep better with him in the same room, anyone else? I don’t know whether to keep it that way or put him back into his own room once he’s better

So when I do 12 hour shifts I finish at 8pm. I’m a carer. My partner puts my little boy to bed at 7pm then I put my daughter to bed at 9pm. By the time I get home and have dinner I’m taking her up. Although she takes SOOO long to put down to bed. Whereas with my partner she takes 10/20 mins max.
I don’t get chance to chill before I go sleep and back in 12 hours as I go sleep straight after because she takes over an hour with me. Currently 10:30 now and still I can’t settle her. He takes her bed when he’s up earlier for his work but like I said it take 10/20 mins and he stays up super late regardless
Idk if I’m just feeling overhelmed and annoyed being a drama queen lol
Bear in mind, when I do shorter shifts and we are both at work in the week I go to work on 3 hours sleep and no help when our son is up constantx if my daughter wakes up (rare occasion now) he’ll go in with her but go back to sleep lol. When I do 12 hours he’s off work.
I just find when they settled easier for me as babies I always stepped in to help and takeover on his nights but he never does for me when she settles better for him

Hi ladies, just looking for some support really. I'm 5 days PP and feeling incredibly anxious as evening approaches. I'm breast feeding and I think my baby is cluster feeding atm, so last night he fed like every 20 minutes.
Anyway he won't let me put him down so I'm spending all night awake and have probably slept less than 10 hours in the last 5 days. It's so hard to not fall asleep holding him, and I keep waking up from my head falling, although I'm fighting desperately to stay awake. My baby will only sleep on my chest which petrifies me, because I'm so tired I'm likely to fall into a deep sleep and I know it's unsafe for baby.
Is anyone in the same boat? I feel so alone and scared, I really don't know why.

Hi, I came here for advice. So I’ve been married for 3 years and been together for a total of 7yrs. I realize my husband is narcissistic. I’ve searched and studied his behavior for years and I’m convinced he has NPD (Narcissistic personality disorder) one thing that I realize is that I am aware of what I want in life. We have 3 beautiful boys and of course I know I want to grow old with the person I married even tho we have a lot of turbulence in our relationship and I’ve spoke to him about therapy and how I think he has a lot of trauma and his NPD. I’ve told him how I would love for him to go to therapy and heal from his childhood trauma. And we can also do couples therapy. But he doesn’t really say anything he just rolls his eyes or ignores me but recently for these past couple months I feel like he’s planning to leave me .. he’s use sentences like “I want more out of life” and “it’s whatever happens in the future” or “ you can’t be upset if our marriage fails” .. i wanted to mentions he’s very distant. He was looking up females on social media. And he has shown me multiple times he’s lustful and open to a future without me. Hes told me he’s NOT HAPPY then when I try to talk about it the next day he’ll manipulate me and say “well yesterday was yesterday u can’t bring up what I said yesterday” and it’s like I’m not allowed to speak about what he says even tho it hurts.. He’s shown me that he’s not afraid to start over he’s told me in my face that if we’re meant to be than ok but if someone comes along than I can’t be mad.. and that’s so fucking narcissistic to say bc that would be CHEATING ! So idk 🤷🏻♀️ im a stay home mom I have nothing to my name but im finally starting school bc clearly my future looks scary bc im with someone who doesn’t obviously choose to grow with me.. but to me it seems like he’s miserble and wants to keep looking. It makes me sad bc I try to have family time where I want him to play with us and spend a great time with the boys but he’s so interested in his phone or only talking to his family.. my boys barely even get attention from him and it’s sickening at some point I was depressed and crying day and night but I’m finally getting up and realizing I’m not the problem and to be treated this way is horrible.. I just want some advice anything please let me know what u guys think about my whole situation.
