Hello
I recently stopped using our love to dream swaddle as baby is showing signs of rolling, so thought I'd get ahead of the game. Did well with on arm out so did the other the next night and seemed all good! However since I've had 2 rough nights, every time I lay him down he keeps rubbing his eyes and therefore waking up! It's too hot now to even go back to the swaddle soo..
Just wondering if anyone had something similar, not sure there's anything I can do or I just have to ride it out?

Learn more about our guidelines. We had to stop swaddling a while ago - what I did was used the transition swaddle from love to dream. I would also just hold her hands on her chest when I put her down. Just for a few minutes and gently rocked her, so she would fall asleep. She got used to it pretty quick ☺️
My baby was the same - kept waking herself up with her hands. This sounds a bit silly but we ended up putting socks on her hands to soften the blows when she touches her face, and it works for her. Good luck! X
@Faye I actually did this last night out of desperation!! It did help, he still woke loads but I'm not sure if its also 4 months regression as well...
@Shannon I was using that originally but it's so hot now I can't put him in it! When it cools down I might bring it back out...
