I hope it's not too late 🙈

I'm 34 weeks and I have remembered only a handful of times about pelvic floor excersises whilst watching TV at night. Is it not too late for me? 😬😬 did anyone have any workouts they did for pelvic floor so it's not too boring sitting for ages just thinking about contracting and relaxing 😂🙈 xx

First Time Trying!

This is my first time trying Liver & Onions (we paired it with mash & peas) and honestly; I liked it! We got it thin, floured it (in tapioca flour cus I’m GF), quick fried it, then steamed it with the sautéed onions.

How long after labour did people become active?

First-time mum to be here, and I was wondering how long after natural labour were people becoming more active, i.e., go out for coffee or going to the gym, etc. My mum said a couple of days, but that seems 😳 to me, especially if there's tearing.
