Going through a break up and keep having bad panic attacks. My now ex has been lying so much to me in the whole relationship about everything and she went behind my back so finished it. She's now being so spiteful, cancelled all the holidays that I booked and keeps gaslighting me. Not sure where to turn and just need someone to talk to

Like many female couples we had an amazing sex life to begin with. We've been together for 8 years, married for 4 and have a 2 year old toddler. Since becoming pregnant, having a baby and now exhausted with a toddler that doesn't sleep through the night, we both don't have a sex drive. It just makes me sad to think I'll never or barely have sex again!!

What did we all do for our partners 30th? Or any birthdays. Last couple years we’ve alway fell short with babysitters but my mums offered to have the kids if I want to do something nice for my partner this year. Not sure what to get her or where to take her this year, her birthdays in middle of March so not got long left, I’ll have next month and beginning of March to plan it 😩 I’m thinking a weekend away but not sure where lol, we’re in London and drive

Need some motivation, ive got a smear tomorrow and last time I had one it was very traumatic, think I would rather have a c section again, does anyone else struggle with smears due to only having female partners?
