I am a mom of 6 kids and 10 Grandkids with one more on the way in January. Love to spend time with the Grandkids but they are getting so busy with sports and friends. It’s been hard to meet other women roughly same age as myself. Most of my friends still do work so their not available during the day.

I'm going to start a new chapter in my life regarding my career. (Big jump!) I am starting to study for an exam that is related to government policy, (dry af!) And I'm having so much difficulty retaining anything! I read and reread & I'm pretty sure this has to do with being in menopause. So my question to you is......
