20 Week Scan - Baby too Comfortable

Pregnancare max - stopped omega tablets
I've got pregnacare max which comes with the added omega 3 tablet. The last few days I've stopped taking the omega 3 as I constantly burp and it's so gross but can taste the tablet which is quite fishy and makes me feel nauseous.. does anyone know if I can just take the other 2 tablets and avoid the omega 3 one?
