I found out I'm pregnant last week, how do I refer myself to the women's? I have checked online and it says register for my pregnancy notes. I am already registered from my first pregnancy but have not used it for a while. I can't find anything on there about self referral. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Does anyone know what this might be? My little one is 5 month old tomorrow and has started with this- she’s been crying on and off all day she’s not drinking her full bottle and what she does drink she’s throwing it back up
