Question.
If your pregnant is it ok to take Tylenol sinus medicine if i feel myself congested and coming down with a cold ? When I googled it , it says it’s ok but I’m not sure.

No to sinus medication. A lot have steroids. You could use a neti pot to rinse your nose. Promethazine on prescription helped me as I had longterm nose issues. Paracetamol is ok - are you in the UK? Look at the NHS advice for stuffy nose when pregnant.
