Help

I have a one week old who is the same. As soon as I try to move him to cot or even my husband he screams and then end up feeding again to calm him down. I too don't want to create bad habits. Plus don't want to sleep with him on me and know he is safer sleeping on his back....so just don't know.

Hey! I was worried about something similar in my first couple of weeks too but babies at that age don’t follow any sort of routine etc not until they are like 2-3 months old. You trust your instincts mumma! You got this! I say do what gets you through! That’s what I did! I always vowed I’d never co sleep but it was the only way either of us slept and I was worried its form bad habits but it didn’t and he’s in his own bed and never co sleeps now! So honestly I would just do what gets you through and know you’re doing an amazing job whatever :) xxx

Have you tried giving a pacifier when put in the cot. Maybe she needs something to concentrate on xx
