Where should we go?

My husband wants to reenlist for a new base! We were curious about what places other people have felt treated them well. He has gone to Korea and liked it but because of the kids (2yr and 2m olds) we'd like to stay stateside or at least places that won't force us all to get the COVID shot to leave the country (not sure if they're doing that but that's why I'm asking) we'd be okay with leaving the country if we don't have to be getting all shot up since my hubby didn't have a choice but me and the children do... (No hate on that plz) we've been to fort Carson and are considering going back or maybe somewhere new since we like going new places. We are currently at fort Lewis and we don't want to stay here any longer. My husband is an engineer. What are your suggestions as to the "best" bases you've been to that you can recommend to a family of 4. We're not necessarily opposed to overseas we just don't want to deal with vaccination problems if they'd arise... A pic of the boys for extra attention 😉

My husband just re-enlisted! Come join us in Texas 😂

@Elle how is your husband's leadership and how is housing. We've definitely been considering Texas but have heard so many mixed things about it.

I would assume that if you lived out of country you would have to get the vaccine. My husband delayed getting his for as long as possible. And he would travel outside of the states. I believe he went to Spain, Guam, Japan for work trips. And he wouldn’t leave his hotel with out proof of vaccination. But it could have changed or be different for living.
