Has anyone pierced their daughters ears?
I am going back and forth if I want to do this, I feel scared to do it. Does anyone have any good place they can recommend and share some of your experiences. Thanks you 🙂

I pierced my daughter’s ears at 6 months (due to COVID- we had to wait) Honestly if you want too, just get it over with from now.. she can take it out when she’s older and doesn’t want them. She most likely will cry but that’s normal, comfort her, it helped me to have a support person there. I went to Caryl Baker Visage in my local mall, they did you a gun which I was okay with *Please don’t go to Claire’s, they aren’t professional trained..
Thanks for the help everyone, I’ve been back and forth but honestly she can take them out if she doesn’t like it. I will have her ears pierced with a needle and a professional place. I hear the gun causes trauma to the tissue or something like that.
Do not go to Claire’s or anywhere with a gun. They are unsanitary, impossible to clean, used by someone not professional and it’s blunt forced trauma rather than a hollow needle used for piercings. Wait until she’s old enough to take to a tattoo/piercing shop so they can do it safely. Everywhere will have different ages but it’s usually at an age where the child can consent to it as well.
