keratosis pilaris

Just wondering if anyone else’s toddler has this and if they have found a lotion/moisturiser/cream that they recommend to use to reduce/support rash and bumps. Thanks ☺️

Thank you I’ll give it a try ☺️- we tried aveeno but seems to irritate it. We were told it was genetic related - runs in my husbands side
