Having a plan for your adult disabled child for when your gone
I have no family able to care for my daughter and no group home etc to know she will be ok..she doesn’t have workers presently even though she has a cost plan..no one available or wanting to help. Montana has very little to offer the disabled..

Sadly a lot of the US is like this. If you can’t make plans with family or friends you may have to look into private care. Most of which is a nursing home.
My daughter is only 3 but I often think about what happens when we are gone! I’m sorry mama!
