Smoking- FTM

Just curious on what everyone else is doing or their thoughts in this. I used to smoke all the time. Literally every 2 hours smoking a blunt. When I got pregnant i cut, cold turkey. Now that my kid is 14 months, I badly want to smoke. Is it bad to smoke when your breastfeeding? Online says yes , due to chemicals. If. I do smoke, does second hand smoke impact the baby, by smelling it on my clothes? Can my child become addicted or adjitatated if he smells it? Can his development be impacted if I smoke and breastfeed? Just so worried, but my anxiety has been thru the roof, and I would like a release.

Me personally, I wouldn't take the risk.

Maybe not a blunt every 2 hours. The papers are too smoky.... switch to a good bong. If you're that worried about it, nap time is the right time or just swap to glass. Also, my oldest is 5 and a true smarty pants, eager to learn... she understands the boundaries/ rules for my pen, pipe, bong, and lighters plus I keep them up. Don't worry yourself overly, but a healthy respect for it is good too.

@Brittany thank you:)

I do while breast feeding. But i have a low supply so my LO gets formula mostly. I don't do anything crazy. Just a little every day to help with my stress from grief and life in general. I have not noticed an effect on him at all.
