My fitness journey!

I’m gonna jump on Autumn’s idea! My little boy is 4 months old and I’m back at work now so not getting out as active as much as I’d like. I struggle with traditional gyms but I love swimming (particularly in the sea), climbing and hiking. I’m planning a few walking weekends away over the next few months - baby boy has his hiking set up sorted as you can see! I don’t work Mondays (for the moment) or Thursdays, so I would be very keen for meet ups and walks. I don’t have any particular weight loss goals, my goal is more to get myself fitter as I feel that I can’t walk as far or as quickly as I used to.

Also not working Mondays. Can’t manage long walks with the carrier but would join if you’re doing shortish ones or just want to get some training in on the monkey bars while running after the kids at a park!
