My fitness journey!
I’m gonna jump on Autumn’s idea! My little boy is 4 months old and I’m back at work now so not getting out as active as much as I’d like. I struggle with traditional gyms but I love swimming (particularly in the sea), climbing and hiking. I’m planning a few walking weekends away over the next few months - baby boy has his hiking set up sorted as you can see!
I don’t work Mondays (for the moment) or Thursdays, so I would be very keen for meet ups and walks. I don’t have any particular weight loss goals, my goal is more to get myself fitter as I feel that I can’t walk as far or as quickly as I used to.
