Look up Ali Kamenova yoga on YouTube. It’s free, fun, she has all sorts of classes etc. she has a great post partum series. Since finding her classes, I’ve refused to take yoga from anyone else. She’s absolutely fantastic
Classes. At the gym or community centre, but in a class w other women. Like a Zumba class. I have never stepped foot into a gym room and never will lol it’s not my thing but I love dancing so will do Zumba every day lol At night I follow tutorials on YouTube in front of my tv on my mat, I follow #getfitbyivana

I am doing beachbody home workouts with a group of like minded women..being part of the group helps with motivation and accountability..there are so many new moms and working moms...we all do workouts at our own comfortable timings..but since everyone in the group is consistent..I stay consistent..the program includes diet programs, supplements and 1: 1 coaching as well..Incase you are interested..keep me posted!
