I had the worst headaches in early pregnancy and just couldn't shift them. I found taking paracetamol, using a 4head stick, and having a small mixer can of coca cola really helped and lying down in a dark room. I would defos speak to your Dr if you're worried though :)

Defo need to get ahold of the 4head stick, stressing about them is probably making them a lot worse tbh, thank you! X

I had a constant headache on my right side for 3/4 months straight in pregnancy. I thought I had a rare headache disorder and the hospital even arranged a CT scan. Turned out to be a tension headache. Saw a chiropractor who helped me with it and eventually after pregnancy it went away. I'm prone to all sorts of headaches and migraines though. Even now when I get stressed that same tension headache will come back. It's from tension at the back of my neck and shoulders. Maybe go for a massage and take painkillers etc. lavender, peppermint and tea tree oil are good for headaches when you inhale them as well x

@Hannah that’s exactly what it is, my neck and back are in agony and need to relieve some tension defo need a massage, sometimes the pain is unbearable!!

@Georgia definitely book yourself a massage. After pregnancy when my LO was about 3 months I booked a couple.of massages on the Urban massage app. They have pregnancy massages and post partum ones as well. So many therapists to choose from on there and they come to your house, if you don't fancy going out. Definitely recommend it. X

@Hannah definitely have a look into that! So thank you!

@Georgia no worries!

I got headaches really bad in my second trimester, I used cold compresses, lavender oil, and a children’s Tylenol to take the edge off

Yes, I had a lot of bad headaches between 6-9 weeks but not as many now after 10 weeks. Same as @Emily, I would take a Tylenol with a small coke in a dark room with an ice pack on my head. I also felt I needed to drink sooo much water around that time too. I was aiming for a gallon a day. Anything less than 80 oz and I would have a headache.

Yes, sorry! They’re awful I really feel for you 💔 I would get a couple bad migraines per week in the first trimester. haven’t had one since week 16 now though 🤞🏼Hope it eases for you soon! X

@Cass all I do is drink drink and drink pints of water, but I feel the same if I don’t drink something I get a head ache bad, I think it might be lack of sleep aswell as I struggled to get comfy xxx
