Conjested baby
My nearly 5 month is conjested and is waking up constantly because of it. I have tried saline spray, nose aspirator and humidifier but nothing’s helping yet! Does anyone have any tips on how to help him sleep through the night? I can have him upright during his naps in the day but obviously can’t at night!

with the oil just pop a few drop in an old mug boil the kettle and pour it in x
I used the calpol plug in and snuffle babe vapour rub when my little one had the cold and they both worked really well
Snuffle babe rub in feet and chest, child's olbas oil in a sock tied to cot away from reach, calpol plug in x

Following as my little boy is the same. JW about the vapour rub - does this still work even though they will have a baby vest and grow on?
